Tight foreskin

Hi there, my foreskin is tight when I'm erect and when I'm not. It's uncomfortable in both situations but more so when erect during sexual intercourses. My foreskin does pull back but it looks like a tight ring under my head and after a while it turns my head blue and hyper sensitive. Also, it's hard to pull my foreskin back down to its normal position covering my head.

I would advise foreskin stretching exercises at this time. Gentle stretching whilst in bath or shower. It does take time and steroid creams may be available.

A hot tip for foreskin problems is to use a penis pump. A battery powered one is available and is by far the best solution, because you can regulate it with great accuracy, so that it doesn't hurt the skin as it's being stretched. It's much easier than manual stretching and even fun. You don't have to use lube or the funny silicon ring that sits on the top. Easy does it, maybe twice a day.
