My Nips are Huge

I have always been turned on by nipple play. I started using suction devises to make them more sensitive but this resulted in them being permanently GIGANTIC. The nipple and the areola. My nipple actual sticks out more than my wife's and she suckled babies. There is nothing short of surgery to get them reduced, and I won't do that.
