To somebody who has had a circimcision?
I had one 4 days ago everything seems ok just that it seen at the back of my glands by the frenulum, it seem to be a lot wetter and more sensitive then the top? At the top is seems like it's dried out? Can anyone Relate or give some feedback please

A quick wash in salt water and keep dressing wound until fully healed.

Normal salt will do, but sea salt seems the most popular. Many recommend swishing your dick around in a bowl, I would put it in a shallow bath and have a quick soak. The dressings I bought where from local chemist. They are called melonin and have a shiny side to stop sticking. I would wear tight pants and place the dressing between myself and the pad to keep everything still. This also helped reduce pain
Hi mate thank you! Do you wrap the dressing around the wound completely? And does it hurt taking the salt bath?
No, I just held the dressing up against myself when putting pants on and that kept things in place. I only had one wrap round dressing that the Hospital provided and it fell off on day one !
No the bath did not hurt, but you do not want to spend to long in there at first. I moved onto baby bath soap afterwards.
