So today is exactly 2 weeks since my op and I must say so far I am really pleased with the results now most of the swelling has gone.
I’m still very sensitive and get the odd weird sensation when walking around but generally i’m much better now than when I had an infection 7 days ago.
One concern though is the underside of the head is still very red and tender and has all stitches still in place. Where as the top side (shown in the pic) virtually has no pain and the stitches are now dissolving. Is this a normal thing to happen?
Also the colour of the head is concerning me as it tends to go from purple to a bright cream colour at different parts of the day. Has this happened to anyone else? And do you know the cause?

I am 2 weeks post op too for my circumcision and near on identical feelings as you mentioned.
First week was obviously swollen and uncomfortable especially erections with stitches and getting used to having no foreskin was bizarre.
Second week some of the stitches fell out and the swelling came right down however the frenulum (underside of the penis) has taken the most time to heal and actually was in some pain after passing urine. Eventually my wife dragged me to the out of hours to be on the safe side and they have administered a dose of antibiotics for a week (co-amoxiclav) since Saturday evening and have to say it’s looking and feeling so much better on the frenulum. And still have another 3 days of antibiotics to take 3 times daily. Maybe worth while getting checked mate?
Yes I was suprised by how much skin was left, it’s not how I expected to look at all to be honest.
I have suffered from a very tight foreskin for a number of years making sex very painful and difficult. I had a frenuloplasty in January 2016 which seemed to solve the issue but then a year after that procedure my foreskin became even tighter than before making sex impossible so a circumcision was recommended.
