Hi, I recently started using condoms (around 3 months ago) as my partner has come off other methods of contraception.

I noticed this come up on my penis on the foreskin. Nothing is raised it is just the white spots/marks you can see. I thought maybe friction or something like that so we didn’t have any form of contact for a few weeks and I applied e45 to try and help. However they still remain 3 month on. Any ideas? They don’t cause any irritation or pain but they are just there and it doesn’t seem normal

FYI we have been together for 3 years and loyal and I don’t doubt anything in terms of my partner having other sexual partners.

They look like Fordyce spots.
