hi, the last few months I have been coming out in little spots on my chest/stomach, I have attached a pic to show, I am an avid gym goer, I don’t take any supplements other than protein poweder and pre workout and have been doing so for years, I just wondered if I am low in something? And how I would go about checking this?
My diet has not really changed much either but can provide my diet if required,
thanks in advance

Suggestion. Have you changed any of your protein powders or pre workout supplements? If they contain a testosterone booster they can cause spots or acne
Another thing to think about is artificial sweeteners in your products manufacturers sometimes change them without saying and if you sweat a lot during your workouts they can cause spots or a rash. I've seen a few gym guys develop spots from protein powders when I managed a supplement store. I'm sure your diet is very healthy but sugar in general is bad for random spots.
Hmm what would you suggest? I’m not sure if the sweetness in my protein or preworkout has changed, I don’t take any vitamins or fish oils so wondered if maybe I was lacking in them departments, I do sweat a fair amount during the gym also
Acesulfame K is a bad sweetener for reactions but it could just be sweat induced. It's important to have fish oil as part of your training regime. A multivitamin will depend on the rest of your diet which will hopefully have plenty of varied fruit and veg
Well I eat plenty of fish/chicken and red meats, my veg intake isn’t the greatest I’ll admit that and I have fruit daily, maybe I’ll look into the fish oils and maybe try adding more greens to my diet and see if that makes a difference
Try your GP, if they can't help you ask for a referral to a dermatologist, if you want that quickly then pay, it'll cost you about £1-200 (obv ask before you make the appointment)
