There's nothing offensive about your photo, and I don't see how others can make suggestions or offer advice without seeing what you are referring to! Have you tried coconut oil?

You may have a condition somewhat like Athletes Foot. Try a cream with Clotrimazole, twice daily for ten days. Coconut oil would be good to maintain it. Apply to the head and foreskin.
