Any tips or help?

As you guys can see, there are still some sutures and 1 only had dissolved and came out. I’m starting my 3rd week and non of them except for some are coming loose. The dried blood due to erection are dried up and are getting the stitches stuck in place. I’ve pulled some out which showed the stitches. Is there anyway I can get them loosened up and maybe get rid of the dried blood?

Go to the nurse at your GP surgery and have them removed. Mine weren't dissolving so I had them out on day 14 as they were uncomfortable.

Nurse said after 10 days they have done everything their job and can be taken out.

I had mine done on a hospital but my doctor is going away to another country so I really don’t know who I should go to to get it removed

I had mine done in hospital but the nurse at your doctor's surgery can remove them. I'm in UK. Not sure where you are so it may be different.

Your penis is still swollen. Give it time. I removed my stitches myself with a needle. They were dissolved but not falling.

Ok. I’m just getting worried but as I looked today, some stitches were wiggling and I could pull them a little but I intended not to because it started hurting under my skin where the stitches is every time I tried pulling it. I’ll just let it sit tight until it’s ready to go

Have you just tried regularly soaking in a warm bath for a few minutes. It should help the dried blood disperse and the stitches to dissolve as well

My doctor said not to take baths. The dried blood seems to be peeling off due to the air making my skin dry and peeling off. The bad news is that when I try peeling it some stitches are stuck to the dried blood and every time I pull it, it would bleed.
