Post Circumcision Swelling of the Meatus?

I was circumcised about 5 weeks ago. By the end of week 2 the healing was going well, but, by the beginning of week 3 (possibly due to irritation from jeans?), glands became super sensitive, and I noticed a clear swelling of the urethral opening. I then noticed a growth coming out of the area. I looked for post circumcision complications online, and everything is about stenosis, which I don't think this is.

I have posted an image of the complication. Has anyone had a similar issue? Any ideas?

Try to visit your urologist. I have only seen a similar thing like you have with a particular infection/condition but I don't recall the name atm sorry. Best to see your urologist for confirmation/testing to find out what it is. This doesn't seem like circumcision related to me (but I am NO doctor and my opinion is that of an amateur so don't take it as fact). Good luck.
