Doctors can’t figure it out, would appreciate some help/advice

Hi, I’m 26,have had loose bowel movements for around 4 months now, had a risky protected encounter about a month in.. after that noticed a skin coloured and whitish bumps just above the rim of my penis head in higher spots than ppp seems to be, somtimes feel like they are sore but hard to tell.. im also uncircumcised.. notice a white substance on the head of my penis off and on.. most of the time when I pee it feels restricted and burns/ dull pain in my urethera .. also when I ejaculate the semen feels restricted and the urethera burns.. also my testicles have a pain in the bottom of the testes, and are sensitive to touch.. and finally have always had back pain due to a physical job, but now have more chronic pain than usual, that somtimes almost feels internal..not sure if it’s been a ongoing problem, or contracted from the encounter.. I have been to multiple doctors visits and they have tested for

clymidia, gohnnera 3 times urine samples,

uti urine test 2 times negative,

Visually inspected, ruling out herpes,hpv and cancerous spots

chrones blood work negative,

CBC blood work, normal

Stool culture negative bacteria/parasites

Hiv, syphillis, hep b c blood work, non reactive and negative

Physical prostate exam normal

Ultra sound on testicles, small cyst (coincidental finding)

X-ray on kidneys- negative for stones

Urine same for kidney and bladder infections, unsure if that’s classified as uti or not, all negative

Lymp nodes I believe to be swollen- physical exam to be normal

Was proscribed cipro for prostatis, but that was symptom based, doctor barley spoke just wrote the prescription .. have had pretty bad anxiety about this, would really like to get it resolved, and get my life back on track.. would really appreciate any help/ advice I can get on this.. thanks
