5 days post operative still very tender to touch cant walk and is it healing properly?worried about the redness and stitches

The redness you have is normal post op bruising. Just give it time and it will heal and return to its normal colour.

That bottom part takes slightly longer to heal, give it time. Otherwise it looks good.

The redness and swelling are very common. It looks like it’s healing well, apply ice to reduce the swelling and I found soaking the penis in salt water and icing at least 3 times a day really sped up the healing.

It’s normal to look like that after surgery... sometimes you may get puss too and that’s also normal... you have no worries
