My girlfriend and I were having sex, and while we were she was on top and my penis slipped out. There was no popping sound, and no pain, but now I can’t find myself able to get an erection unless we both or myself really tries to get one there. When I get one there’s still no pain and I’m able to climax, I think it’s just my nerves from what happened, but should I be worried about something else? There’s no pain, swelling, tenderness or anything.

If everything working as it should and no pain then all should be fine. As you say probably nerves. Try just waiting and see what happens naturally.
