Slow circumcision recovery for adult

Hey. Looking for advice on adult circumcision recovery please. I'm on day 24 now, I haven't had an infection and never had pain pissing, but my head doesn't seem to be healing at all. For over 2 weeks now the scab has been off and the whole areas quite wet. I use petroleum gel during the day to wear pants and I sleep naked at night. I get erections every night so wake 3/4 times in pain and sometimes the erections tear the skin. In general, The head is still as sore as ever and doesn't seem to be healing, so any advice/guidance would be much appreciated...

You are still in early stages of recovery so pain can be expected. Take painkillers if needed. Short shallow salt water baths can help, as can wearing tight underwear to reduce movement, especially at night. Things do get better.

How's your healing come along so far? When tje skin would tear, did it ever reattach itself? Can u post a current photo? I just got circ 8 days ago, and I suffered through some tearing 2 days ago. My doctor said he would not restitch rite now, and that it should come back together soon. Is this true?
