After circumcision remaining foreskin stuck under penis head

After Circumsition the remaining skin is stuck under the penis head when I have sex this splits bleeds and is agony I have had the skin separated during an operation but how do I prevent it from sticking again it'

Been a week now and still bleeds and sore if pulled please advise
