Hi guys. I am now on day 12 after my circumcision. The first week was a struggle and week 2 resulted in me being admitted into hospital due to the agony of an infection!
I’m back home and recovering well but getting extremely restless. I usually play football twice a week and I am keen to get back into it ASAP! I haven’t tried any exercise or running yet, any idea how long I should leave it?
I’m guessing the area will remain very sensitive for quite a while so any tips you have in making running and football more comfortable for myself would be really appreciated.
