Wearing clothes after circumcision

I had my circumcision 12 days ago.. It has started to heal but I can still see some stitches till now I have taken leave and I have not worn any clothes but I have to join office after Christmas.. Should I start wearing clothes so as to get used to it or should I wait till the time of joining because there is still that bump where frennulum used to be and I can see some stitches.. Please do suggest what should I do and how should I proceed further..

Thanks for the motivation mate.. I'll try from tommorow without the panty pad.. I thought this will heal better if left undisturbed..

Hey,

Use some gauze pad or a soft cloth to wrap around. Don't be a hero like I did after 2 days , went to work , travelled and made it worse.

Also, as you didn't wear anything at all since circumcision, Take it slow and steady. Don't rush.

Hello shangring.. Today I can see the stitch around the perimeter..i dont know it's coming out or is it natural.. How did yours came out? How much time did it take to heal in your case.. And are you comfortable now I mean how much time it took to get used to the clothes?

Hi ,

I chose shangring method. So , no stitches except one small stitch for frenulum.

Well am on day 18 or so after.i used to dress it myself since day 4 change gauze and all.what I did I had a towel warm salty water and I just hold my penis around the towel and gently squeeze while the towel is wrapped around.it worked wonders. Well Day 12 I decided I have to get used to the sensitivity some day might as well start now. I have boxer briefs so I went to work and it’s wasn’t so bad day 2 got better I can honestly say it also helped the stitches dry up and all. So tough it out u will eventually have to get used the sensitivity it doesn’t all go away but day 12 should be able to try it out. I used to tape it up after I stopped gauzing but I was like what the hell might as well !!!so give it a go

Thanks for the boost up mate..is your stitches still visible?? I can see like a thread coming off so I am not sure whether it's healing or what..

They start to dissolve slowly like under my frenulum I don’t know if that’s how they spell it.but surprisingly I hav been told they dissolve last since ur dick rests on ur but sack . So moisture and all but mine healed fast I can’t see them even the the thread. It some how dissolves u will see it dissolve. But salt baths are the best they help I can say it speeds up the healing .the pain is gone even morning Boners aren’t a problem any more so just waiting for all the stitches to dissolve
