Penis swollen under circumcision stitches after sneezing today. What to do to get the swelling down?

Massive swelling under my circumcision stitches after sneezing. Think I had the gauge bandage to tight when I sneezed because there was a sharp pain right after. I’m scared I need the swelling to go away it also hurt a little bit where the swelling is

One thing I have noticed which my operation is I confused collection of fluids with swelling. A quick fix for collection of fluids was to wrap my penis with gauze. Not too tight but snug, after 30 minutes removed it and It was gone. If it is swelling, only time will removed it.

I figured it was swelling because it was wrapped up when this started after sneezing so idk maybe you’re right

Hi chris

Please tie your penis upright till you healed to avoid swelling. Don't let it gace down. Also please soak it in warm water with salt for quick healing 3 to 4 times a day
