Hi im considering having a dorsal slit operation for my tight foreskin. Id like to try this before circumcision to keep as much foreskin as possible. However I want to know how it looks after the operation and when its healed and cant find any info online. Anybody have any links or images of dorsal slits or have had one themselves?

Why not do some simple stretching exercises and keep the entire foreskin?

If all else fails you can do a partial circumcision that removes the phimotic band( the sphincter that becomes tight in phimosis) this will allow you to keep almost all of your foreskin if done correctly.
