Adult dorsal slits

i am 24 years old did a adult dorsal slits surgery 1week back because of phimosis.my foreskin which has been stitched is bulging downside of gland..and it looks not good..help me please

It looks weird not but the skin will settle down and should look normal after 6 months

Why was that done instead of a circumcision?

doctor told me that phimosis is not severe so I can go with dorsal slits only..but the foreskin is bulding beside the gland..you have any knowledge in it

In the US, this is not a common procedure.
