6 weeks post op. Didn't heal properly?

Hey guys,

It's been six weeks since my circumcision operation and I feel like it didn't heal properly. All of my stitches were still in after 4.5 weeks so I started to remove them myself because they started to dig in when I would get an erection. I went to my doctor that did the surgery and he said it would smooth out over time but im not so sure. What do you guys think? Should i get a second opinion?

You should not touch them and go to another doctor.even they stay if not pain its not a problem.to me sure go and speak with another doctor,he would recomend what to do

Stitches shouldn't stay in past 10 days. Those tunnel marks probably won't go away. I would definitely go see someone else.

I am 4 months post op and my scar is like yours. I realy hope It gets flat over time. I care more about the bumps that the scar line. Let me know what the doc says.

Thanks for the help guys. I've got an appointment coming up but I feel like the bumps won't flatten out and ill have to go under the knife again. I'll update you more when I see my doctor

Yeah those lumps do look keloid (tissue that is overscarred) in nature.

What's your update now? What hppd? Can you upload a new photo?
