Hi, I'm currently 21 yo. I'm able to pull back my foreskin fully when it is not erected. However, I'm unable to pull it back fully when it is erected. Is this normal? Thanks.

Foreskin questions
It's not normal. I have had the same issue as you and it affected my life as it made me depressed. I finally had my circumcision done and it's the best decision of my life (even though its not fully healed yet), you should consider the same man,I'm currently 19 y/o
I had a similar issue, though I never wanted the foreskin to be retracted when erect as it felt too uncomfortable. I've just had a circumcision because of phimosis when the foreskin won't retract easily over a flaccid penis. It all depends how it affects your sex life. You're presumably able to keep everything clean as you retract it so a circumcision may not be necessary if you don't want that. If it affects having sex in any way then I'd get it seen to. As you get older it's possible you may be susceptible to other glans conditions like balanitis or yeast infections. Something to watch out for, but everyone's different. I suspect there are lots of people that have a similar issue, so it will be normal for them and manageable without surgery while the foreskin can be kept clean regularly. If it is upsetting you in any way then of course get some advice from a urologist.
Not totally unusual, it should not cause you any lasting problem. Provided you can clean the area and it not causing you pain do not worry.
One word of warning, the first time I had sex without a condom my foreskin pulled back naturally and felt quite tight. It was a little sore at first but when flaccid I gently pulled it back up and things became easier from then on.
It's not normal but if you don't feel any pain you can leave it that way. I had it too but I have chosen for a circumcision at 17 (I am now 22). I am very glad I did it. It's so much better now. From my own experience I only can recommend it.
Not exactly "normal", but all you need to do to fix the problem is to stretch the opening over time, until it functions to your satisfaction. You may see several simple diagrams (see link, below), that show you how. The great advantage to stretching (as opposed to amputation) is that the most sensitive tissues on the foreskin are preserved ...
You also won't need to deal with the awful discomforts of healing, infections, etc, such as are demonstrated by the unfortunate cases of several men who have posted messages, here, begging for help.
It's only a minority of men who get an infection after circumcision. Most men heal without problems. So did I.
Good for you T-Boy. Of course we won't mention the boys who die as a consequence of being circumcised , or whose glans and/or penis were also amputated ... like the boy who was raised as a girl ... After his penis was burned to a crisp, they amputated his testicles, too. Just another great example of the many benefits of Male Genital Mutilation.
