It's been three weeks and my head is still sensitive after circumcision I had a tight foreskin problem so I have only seen my head in three weeks. When will I be able to wear underwear without feeling discomfort

It does take a while and we all heal at different rates. I found wearing tight underwear to limit movement helped. Also when at home I would wear a soft dressing gown with nothing underneath. Otherwise plan your movements to reduce any possible pain. It will get better, Ibuprofen and Paracetamol also help.

Your permanently exposed glans will take its own time to lose its initially extreme sensitivity without the protection of the foreskin you once possessed. Nature will kick in and eventually give you a semblance of protection by growing a toughened covering of tissue over your penis head. You will have to be patient.

Like Jaglad said, I too found wearing briefs the best option after circumcision. What's more, I have continued to wear briefs ever since because they offer 'support' to my testicles also!

However, from nature's perspective a circumcised penis is a crippled penis. We have to understand that and accept it.
