tight foreskin
Hi. Not sure quiet how severe your tightness is but many cases can be resolved through stretching. You can start by soaking in a warm bath and pulling the foreskin back as far as it will go without causing pain and hold it there for five or so minutes.
This will need to be done on a regular basis for you to see any results as improvements with this issue don't resolve overnight.
Another option which can be used as well as this is to visit your doctor Who will probably prescribe some steroid cream for you to apply around the inside and outside of the foreskin which helps thin the skin and make it more elastic and easier to stretch.
You shouldn't be embarrassed about discussing this with your doctor as it is a really common issue which he or she will see regularly.
I left mine for years because I wouldn't go to the doctor's with it. After years of nagging from my Mrs I finally went and got the problem sorted.
My case was extremely bad and the steroid creams did not work so I ended up having a circumcision 2 weeks ago.
I could not retracting mine at all even when flacid.
Feel free to drop me a message on here if you want to chat.
i can retract when flacid but only about half way with erection i feel like this is an issue but dont really want to go to my doctor about it. can i buy this cream at a local pharmaxcy?
In the UK steroid cream is prescription only.
Honestly mate, you don't need to be embarrassed about showing your doctor.
I know exactly where you're coming from though as I refused to go for years.
My tightness got so much of an issue that it was causing problems even going for a piss and got worse and worse every time I had sex.
They see this issue day in day out and won't even bat an eyelid.
Since I've had the op I have kicked myself for not getting it sorted years ago as I have now realised that's showing the Dr these things is not an issue at all.
I don't have any photos of how bad it was before I had the op but my case was so severe that I couldn't even get the tip of my little finger inside the foreskin.
Honestly mate the best thing to do is get it sorted now and don't leave it to get worse like I did because you will regret it in the future.
You are much younger than me so we'll probably find that the skin will stretch much easier with the steroid cream but sadly it is prescription only as I said earlier.
The steroid creme makes the foreskin ony thinner, not more elastic. I doubt it will solve your problem. Most men has to be circumcised, including myself. No big deal. After all I'm glad I am.
I could not pull back until I was in my late twenties, the first few times I wore a condom so it was not an issue. Then even without, no difference, until one time it pulled back during sex. It felt tight and a little uncomfortable and took some persuading to pull back over. I felt a bit nervous after that, but not enough to stop ! Then it was a case of sometimes it did sometimes it didn't. Never became a real issue.
While flaccid, insert two fingers into the opening and pull apart for five minutes. Do that four times per day. It should be perfect in about two months. Must be done daily to prevent reversion. No pain is involved and no healing.
