Tight Foreskin

I am 27 and I can't pull back the foreskin of my penis when it is in erect state. I can pull it back and clean it when it is normal. I have never had sex before but there hasn't been any issue with masturbation. Please suggest some exercises coz I am not comfortable visiting doctor.

No problem , only keep the plan penis clean. Wash during bath

Having sex is the best remedy for this. When you penetrate for the first time you will feel bit shore after a regular sex will make it normal. Good luck finding a partner.

Hi ABC

It seems having a tight foreskin is a major issue for guys . There are no magic answers or exercises. When I had this problem I would just keep pulling back my foreskin whilst in the bath. Doing this you will bring on a boner. The skin becomes more supple in the warm water so you can and must pull back harder. If you don't put the effort in the other

As others suggest pull back and gently stretch your foreskin whilst in the bath/shower. I believe cortisone creams are available which may help. I am unsure if these can be bought over the counter or if you need a prescription. I found the first few times I had sex without a condom the skin did pull back of it's own accord. This was quite painful at first and I had to carefully and slowly pull it back over the head. From my experience I would leave a circumcision as a last resort.

did u use lubricants during the first sex? And did the skin pull back partially or fully coz in that case there are chances that it get stuck there (Paraphimosis)?

No I did not use any extra lubricants. The skin pulled back to under the head and did take some persuading to pull back over. I basically stretched it up a little at a time. It did get easier but was never really comfortable.
