i’m 16 years old and when i can’t my foreskin over my head fully. Even when i’m flaccid or erect . I get about 75% and its starts to get really tight. Any help?

Hey mate. You have phimosis. You have to go to a dermatologist to get some steroid cream to help stretch the skin but it doesn’t always work so instead of shortcuts you may need a real cut (circumcision) and for that you will need to see an urologist. Good luck
