If your foreskin is tight you need to be circumcised the steroid creams are great at first but as soon as you stop using them it just goes tight again.

I am using the steroid cream and the doctor says it should loosen and won’t go back to original state I was asking what the best way to strech is

If you follow my advice, you’ll cure the tightness permanently. I’ve advised hundreds of young men over the past 15+ years, getting remarkable success. The tension applied causes the laws of nature to grow new cells, the same process you experience when you gain girth. Be cautioned that steroids invite yeast infections which retard progress. You should simultaneously also apply a good yeast cream. Do not use soap to wash your foreskin as this kills beneficial bacteria. Wash no more than once per day with clear water. Be diligent with this and save your foreskin.

What are the active ingredients in the cream?

I couldn’t tell you the doctor told me not to waste my time with creams as it just comes back once you stop using them and referred me to a urologist to be circumcised

Ryan, success is achieved with a proper routine in conjunction with application of the steroid.

Hey guys, I’m 16 years old. I’ve had a problem for a quite a while now where my foreskin can’t be pulled back, how ever when I try it I can’t see the head but it is not painful. It’s really annoying because I want to be able to do it but I’m scared it will hurt. I’m getting to a state where I’m starting to talk to girls so this will be embarrassing if I can’t help it.

Go to the doctor don’t be embarrassed it’s normal they should give you some cream which will loosen the skin to allow you to start stretching it. It won’t be easy and it does hurt a little but don’t try and do it quickly as you will hurt yourself you can also get creams off amazon

Read my response to Bvbbbb. The cream is optional and is available by prescription only.

If it is really a problem go see your Doc. If you want you could try the stretching and creams mentioned elsewhere on here. Not being able to pull back should not be a problem where girls are concerned. I was well into my Twenties before I could pull back and even then it was not easy. Sex was never a problem, providing you can clean it properly I would not worry.

Circumcision is an option but for me it would be a last resort.

Hopefully, he prescribed the right one. Even so, manipulation is what cures the problem. If you can get two finger tips inside the opening, pull the opening apart gently and hold it for five minutes, regripping as necessary. If the opening is too tight to get fingers inside, grasp each side and pull apart. Hold five minutes. Repeat this four times per day. If you’ve been instructed to apply the cream twice per day, do it one time at night, after stretching. The second time would be the next day, after stretching. Apply a very small amount directly to the frenar band, the place where the opening is the tightest. Rub it in completely and let it alone untill next stretching session. Try avoiding getting the cream on the rest if your penis and foreskin. Wash your hands after applying the cream. Do not miss the stretching sessions. They are absolutely vital to your retraction success.
