My foreskin won't come down

Hi I'm 15 and I was wondering why my foreskin won't come down it still seems to be attached by the frenulum. Will I need circumcision or what will I do. I have been stretching it more and it is becoming loser I also have a scar down the back of my penis I don't know if that is what is causing it. Thanks

The redness suggests that you might have a yeast infection. Clotrimazole is mostly recommended to treat that. Simple Athletes Foot cream will work.

I think you should just keep working with it when you’re flaccid and erect just take time only time will see do not do anything dramatic without a doctor

do you live in the UK if so go your go and thay will give u some cream I dident and ended up getting circumsised as left it to late and there was to much scar tissue

Foreskin is suppose to be attached to the frenulum. As far as the scar goes, did you suffer any trauma to it? Or is it just a discoloration?

No my foreskin got caught in a linking and teared about not sore or anything anymore it happened about 7/8 years age now

A good advise: go to your GP and let him look at it. He has seen this a thousand times and knows best what there could be done about!
