Tiny bumps on penis after shaving

After I shaved I began to develop this tiny bumps which produce a dreadful smelly discharge and itch from time to time

PLEASE HELP!

Why did you shave ? Put some antibiotic cream

Buy you somw men's-beard hair cutting clippers from Walmart or some place, and use those to keep your hair low. Razors cut the hair to deep under the skin, and irritates you when it comes back in. Stop any razors period, they cause skin cuts too, that can allow surface staph infections.
