Hey guys I’m 17 and I got circumcised 4 weeks ago today and was wondering if in general my penis looks ok?? Wondering about things like should the rest of the stitches have fallen out/dissolved, does it look clear of infection and other bad things and most importantly when can I masturbate again?!

It looks ok. It will settle. Use Antibiotic creams locally and avoid water bath . Right now do not masturbate or go for sex. Let everything heal.

Yeah it looks fine! What are the black spots on your penis? Are those the remaining stitches or is that dried blood?

After 4 weeks you should be fine with baths, the main wound usually heals within the first 3 weeks however the swelling might last much longer. Fully healed (scar tissue and it looking totally "normal" might take months even a year) but you will be able to use your penis normally much earlier. As for mastrubation, generally it is not recommended to masturbate/have sex until 6 weeks pass. So hold out a little longer. If you want, you can try to stimulate your glans in the shower and orgasm like that which shouldn't strain the incision part too much and should be okish.

The stitches normally fall our from 10-20 days ... depends on the stitches, some dissolve, some fall out by themselve, some have to be taken out. You might call your doctor and tell him/her that your stitches haven't all fallen out and whether they need to be taken out.

It looks okay. However you do look like a slow healer but everybody is different. I started masturbating from day 12 (carefully) by week 4 everything looked perfect . However on your case I would say take it slow and soak your penis in salt water for about 10-20 minutes per day.
