The swollen fat looking thing under his penis head, is that a hematoma ?

I have it and was circumcised 7 days ago. Ive tried writing the guy but he wont answer

I’m not sure what that is unfortunately but please see the doctor as it’s best to get it looked at sooner rather than later! Sorry couldn’t be much help!

My surgeon lives 1 and a half hours drive away and my own doctor is a newly educated women.

I called my surgeons hospital tuesday and he havent reached back. Will try again monday

Yes definately keep trying dude! I think it may just be a few failed stitches or swelling! Which will go down gradually! Mine is still a little swole on the one side and I’m 3 weeks post op! Good luck buddy!

Looking at the penis on the other post it looks in a terrible state and definitely infected by the yellow junk shown in the photo.

If your penis looks like that it’s definitely infected without a doubt but it looks like there’s a lot more going on than Just and infection.

If I was you I would seek medical advice immediately or as soon as possible sorry to be blunt but that needs medical attention.

Ideally you want to go tomorrow and get some antibiotics they are called flucloxacillin and you want the 500mg ones if your in the uk you will have to go to the hospital to get them but if your in a different country you should be able to get them over the counter

The thing is i was born with hypospadias and the surgeon who circumcised me is a specialist in hypospadias. Therefor im afraid a regular doctor is incompetent compared to the surgeon.

But i guess they all can spot an infection.

Hi I'm the guy from the photo. Sorry about the late reply.

Well my penis mostly doesn't look like the photo anymore. That photo was during an infection so it was very inflamed and swollen etc.

However I still have that ring of 'fat' around the left side of my penis. Its a normal skin colour, its just puffed up. It was where the surgeon made the incision and basically butchered it.

It separates from the head as normal, I imagine it will Harden into scar tissue though. I think the only way to remove it is to undergo surgery again. My 'normal' scar line where the stitches were hasn't smoothed out yet though so that will happen first anyway and the bottom part, the frenulum, always takes longest to heal after circumcision.

Just to let you guys know.

Today is 2 weeks since my operation.

My surgeon is the best in my country and he only operates on urinary problems.

He said the bubbling is perfectly fine and will go away.

From Denmark. Its healing nicely.

The surgeon looked at it for 5 seconds and said everything was fine.

He circumcised me, fixed penoscrotal webbing and also cut away some mucous membrane or something at the meatus. It still sprays when i pee but overall its starting to feel and look nice.

Erections still hurt a bit

Yeah I had the same problem it’s the swelling that makes it spray I could aim it in the toilet when I first got circumcised it just takes time so be patient.
