Inhaling seritide accuahaler & Ultibro Breezhaler from July 2017, now when I walk feel bone and muscle pain.

Bronchodilators cause muscle thinning and consequently the bones do not keep their position.,causing pains.also the above inhalers slowly cause loss of bone density.

Better for long term health ,try homeo or Ayurveda or herbal. Drink always hot water .avoid chill air passing through ears. Use nasal filters if possible.avoid food triggering the breathlessness.
