Losing hair all over my body

For almost a year ive been losing hair all over my body. Places like my eyebrows, inside my nose, inside my ears, moustache and scalp. At first when I was losing hairs from my scalp I thought it was MPB but then i started losing them everywhere else. Could anyone help me identify why its happening
