2 weeks from my operation, I’ve been having problems with my penis. Anytime I got toilet I’m pulling it forcibly from my boxers and the head starts to bleed in some parts then also on the skin it’s like a little cut comes and bleeds too. Any solutions?

Hi are you keeping the area dry what i mean no creams you putting there , best for healing try to keep dry it aid's healing , take care

I got cream off the doctor named Fucibet it was suppose to help but hasn’t.

Yuppo hi it will take time to heal but if a wound is wet is won't heal like i say dryness will heal a lot quicker what was the cream suppose to do, it's only been two weeks there are a lot of nerve endings to heal but it will , take care

You should wash with salt water twice a day and pat dry. After a few minutes you put a thin layer of vaseline which will help with the sticking. Whenever you go to toilet put more vaseline. Wear tight boxers to keep the penis in place. Avoid too much walking too. I did not use any cream exept this routine and after 2 weeks my wound got dry and morning woods are not painful. The stitches are dissolved too.

I would use melonin dressings between penis and tight pants. These have a shiny side which does not stick.
