Did I hit puberty correctly?

I'm 16 about to turn 17, I don't know if I fully hit puberty. My voice has deepened but my voice has been cracking for about 4 years, I have pubic hair, no facial hair except a peach fuzz mustache, my testical, notice only 1, has been the same size since I was 12. And penis is 4 inch. I had an undesended testicle and a testicular torsion so now I'm only down to 1 nut. Did the surgeries I had interrupt my growth down there or am I fully finished because I'm more in shaped and physically ripped, and buff then most 17 year olds, but my manhood parts look like they are suppose to be on a 12 year old boy. Please help and respond I'm embarrassed. My muscles are and skin are also squishy like a little kid, I lift weights but there are people in my school who don't lift at all and have stronger and more hard muscles than me. If I flex I can just squish my bicep or calf so easily but when I do it to all my friends they all have very firm muscles.

We all mature physically at different times in our teens and in different ways. Keep up the gym work and you will be surprised how quickly it will all come together! Otherwise sounds like you're a normal teen, comparing your development with your buddies. Enjoy the ride into adulthood!

Dear friend I can understand your anxiety quite well. Growing up for boys sometimes takes even up to the early 20s and you might be still growing. However I suggest you discuss this with your GP considering all what you have passed through. Tests can be done to reassure that you are growing healthy and that there is nothing wrong with your endocrine system or fertility.
