Hi, when I pull back my foreskin there is a piece of skin attached to the bottom of my head... it is to the left of the frenulum and when I pull my foreskin tight it makes my penis bend forwards.... it is very annoying and I don't want to pull it off in case it hurts

From your description it sounds pretty normal. Unless it's causing you pain or discomfort in anyway get it checked out by a doctor.

Hi there I had exactly the same issue. I explained my GP due to the tip bend forward when erect. I was very annoyed. The Dr suggested me to have a close circumcision which I had at the age of 30 now I am 48. My ferrelum was sort of some removed not completely but foreskin is completely removed. The curve is now corrected. My penis is now sort of banana shaped curved towards you when erect. In addition as the glan is now fully exposed it will become much bigger than before in a mushroom head shape. I and my partner are very pleased with the outcome. It is very handy to have a fully satisfied deep penetrative intercourse. My suggestion is to discuss with your GP they will understand the problem very well I hope you could remedy your issue soon.
