Testicular Pain

Hi there I read lots of posts related to Testicals and Circumcisn. I do get a lot of dull pain specially when I'm erect for longer than 30 mins e.g. during foreplay of similar other activities I feel my testicles are in severe pain. The remedy I noticed from it is I have to ejaculate either through Intercourse or Mastrubate. Once sperms are released then the pain will go away. Any idea why is this?

Just a little discomfort if you ejaculate 30' after foreplay with penis in erection could be normal in my opinion. But you say "severe pain". You say pain disappears after ejaculation, so it seems to be related to semen retention. Do you block your ejaculation in some ways several times during your foreplay just to postpone it? Do you have pain when you are not exited/erected?

I would anyway ask a good andrologist.

Dear NickItaly thank you for your reply. I don't block ejaculation during foreplay during foreplay however I apply many techniques to delay ejaculation during intercourse. Most times at least an hour. My issue is if I am hard more than 30' before start intercourse pain. I have no issue whilst not excited. I was seriously thinking to have vasectomy but just read if semen block such issue or lump could develop which makes me slightly concern. I consider myself as high sex drive. I will consult my andrologist too. Thanks.

Hi I think you may have a non serious condition referred to commonly as 'blue balls'. Take a look at this. Maybe it will help?

Dear Sojoguy

I think it is correct anyway to ask for medical advice. Anyway, you could consider to let you ejaculate during foreplay (mutual masturbation for instance, if you like it) so that your genitals are more relaxed in the subsequent "true" intercourse. Yes, I think you are high sex drive and I congratulate with you for your performance! (How old are you?). So I'm disinclined to believe that, if you let yourself ejaculate during foreplay, you do not obtain valid erections shortly afterwards. Moreover, maybe to postpone ejaculation for more than an hour is a little bit too much. Your seminal ducts will be probably get congested with blood and semen. Maybe you can simply have more ejaculations in a single sexual "session". You seem to be well prepared and gifted to obtain these results. You may need a little time after ejaculation to retrieve erection, but I trust you can do it in a very short time. Let me know! With friendship. Nick

Dear Nick, thanks for your Suggessions. By the way I am 46. And you are right I must have high sex Drive. If you believe me or not I could feel like I am 18 yrs old in Bed moreover I feel much more confidence with girl due to my experience and my tool. You may be right my seminal ducts may have filled with full of seamen and compressed by blood flow I can instantly start round 2 after my first ejaculation. I don't know in medical term it is right or wring but I do. Sometimes I feel Sorry for my partner coz my semen makes her ill. It is normal? If we use condom of ejaculate outside its fine but as soon as I ejaculate inside her that's what happen. By the way we are not looking here any more kids. I will keep posting my situation considering all advice from all of you. Thank you all again for your impartial advice.

I believe you of course. Why should you lie? I envy you a little bit because I was not as good as you in bed even when I was 18!

I really do not understand what you mean when you say that if you cum into your girl's vagina she feels ill. And if you use a condom she doesn't. What do you mean by "feeling ill"? Is she sick? Does she feel pain or burning in her vagina? Or what? You could ask a gynaecologist.

Finally I think that if you can restart having sex just 2 minutes after you have cummed, there is no problem. On the contrary! I would advice you only not to exaggerate. Your cock and balls and her pussy need some rest!!

Of course an andrologist could answer all your questions better than me.

Anyway...congratulations! I'm now 54 and my sex drive is (unfortunately) decreasing!

Nick
