As far as I know, if the frenulum is too short, a frenunlumplastic intervention is possible, which does not involve necessarily full circumcision. Go to a good andrologist/urologist for advice

There are ways of stretching the foreskin in order to retract it normally, you can check with your urologist for options, but circumcision should by your last resort, once you remove the foreskin, you will start losing sensitivity on the glands itself over time because of rubbing against clothing , good luck.

Hi AnthonyLFC,

It's worth going to see your GP and get a referral to a urologist. They usually just advise a circumcision, it's worth getting a circumcision if you have the chance from personal experience.

Tie the frenulum off with nylon thread. Very easy. I removed my whole frenny myself. Tying it off bit by bit. I was circumcised as adult because I wanted it and the frenny I removed because I wanted it. Anyone telling me about lost of sensitivity must convince me. I have experienced it all and there is none of that. Best decisions I ever made.

It is described in detail on the internet. Just google. I have done it. Matter of fact I have removed my whole frenulum that way.

I used a anesthetic cream like Emla. I then used a general dental floss string and put it through the thin skin behind the thicker section of the frenulum. Once through you make a very tight knot in it pulling it very tight. The knot crushes the frenulum and you leave it for a few days. After a few days (they say 7 days but I just left it 2 or 3 days) the skin underneath the knot in the rope (dental floss) will be dry and the frenulum will split in half once you cut the knot loose with a sharp little side cutter. No blood, no pain. I have removed the total frenulum section by section because I was not satisfied with the remaining parts that is there once split. But google. Is really easy and painless and save but is is still your own choice.

regards and al the best
