Frenulum gunk

Right it’s been a week since my op, getting worried because where they’ve removed my frenulum it keeps gunking up ?! It doesn’t smell and I don’t have a fever or a temperature I feel fine in myself. Does it look infected ?????

I had the same problem as you both, as I could not see my stitches really well - which was making me a bit worried. But finally, 20 days after the circ I could pull it a bit more and see it better.

I bet the same will happen w you folks! (Even if it takes some time)

My guess is that the ones that the body doesnt need anymore would be “released”.

As long as it’s not dripping blood constantly it’s fine.

They’re supposed to stay there for a few weeks, according to what everybody says. And apparently.. many of us feel the same at the beginning. But it does gets better over time.

There are no infections visible. Signs of infections are inflammation foul smelling wound puss and fever. The frenulum is the last part that heals. Just keep it clean and you should not have any problems

Hi I’m trying to keep it clean but all it does is gunk up again ?! One of my stitches came out this morning too?

It's all normal and part of the healing process. The sutures will fall off by time.

Sometimes the do start falling off earlier than the average 10 days. Don't worry by now they did their work. The wound is not going to open again because 1 suture fell.

Yeah but it’s still swollen and red ?? So I’m thinking i may of salt watered too much ??

It takes months for the swelling to subsibe.

looks fine m8 stop worying it will look like that for a while also u need to leave it alown touching it all the time won't help healing

Yeah but one stitch fell out today ?!! And it’s all covered in dry blood it’s a joke honestly is I give up with it

I had mine done 2 weeks ago and 1 day. I had one stitch fall out early due to a night erection which I couldn’t control obviously lol. That was super painful. Most of my stitches are gone now along with the scabbing. I have that whiteish/yellowish color where the frenulum was removed too still. I just never had that much bruising which I got lucky about. It looks natural to me, so don’t worry.

Okay but two of my stitches have come out and it’s only been day 8? One came out yesterday and another came out today !???

As long as they came out naturally and you didn’t do anything to force them out, it’s fine.
