Hi everyone. Recently I have been able to retract my fore skin both flaccid and erect with relative ease. It slightly squeezes the head when rolling back but it causes no pain and discomfort so I don’t see the problem. However, retracting my foreskin back to its extent slightly bends the head of my penis, which I discovered was because of a tight frenulum. My frenulum seems rather strange, however. It is sort of connected to the skin and attached to where the head begins to meet the shaft and is rather flat. Also, one side of the frenulum is tighter than the other, so when my foreskin is fully retracted, my head sort of bends to the left and looks weirdly distorted because of the pressure the tight frenulum is putting on my glans. Is there a way to loosen my frenulum?

Really strange frenulum?

I can't really tell from your picture, and I'm no medical expert, but it looks like you've had an overly-tight circumcision. I'll bet if you work diligently on stretching your frenulum every day, it will get larger and looser. Besides, the exercises ought to be fun. - Jeremy, Medibation.com
I’m not circumcised.
Gosh, you even mentioned your foreskin in detail in your post, and somehow I didn't manage to understand. Silly me! Perhaps if you post a picture from another angle, someone here will have a good idea what's what. In any case, since it doesn't give you any pain, and hasn't changed over time other than that you can fully retract your foreskin now, I think all is well. - Jeremy, Medibation.com
Hello dude, looks painful. I agree looks like it’s due to a overly tight frenulum it looks quite broad aswel my frenulum is quite thin. Is it sensitive to touch? I get a lot of pleasure from stimulating mine just wondering if urs is quite thick aswel? Did u try stretching your foreskin in order to be able to retract it? You may be able to do the same with the frenulum?
It looks pretty normal except for being a bit short. If you apply some tension to it by grasping from both ends and gently pulling, over time, it will grow. Set a schedule of doing that 5-10 minutes, four times per day. It won’t take long to fix it. Surgical procedures on the freulum often create bigger problem, so be diligent in your exercises.
I was not able to retract foreskin while erect untill early 20's. Took many weeks of stretching and wearing skin tubes. I was successful in stretching forskin but not frenulum. I eventually got courage to get circumcised (able to retract but still tight) and remove frenulum. And I have no regrets till this day.
I got my frenulum removed because I had a even higher one then the one in your picture. The doctor told me it would fail to attempt to make it longer unless he did the procedure 2 or 3 times over a year. And if it was successful, it would be nothing but scar tissue and possible keloids. Good news was when he removed it, it only needed like 3 stiches and healed super fast.
Hi! I'm no medical expert.
I had your same problem, I had to intervene with a frenulotomy and for the foreskin I had to make a partial circumcision.
I have to tried to access this site to no avail. Is there an alternate site? I am curious about stretching of the frenulum seeing that there is very little information on it(not very helpful).Thanks.
