Testicles horizontal/sideways

When my testicles are warm and relaxed they hang horizontally/sideways. I read that it is testicle torsion, but I have no pains in my testicles. I've also had ultrasounds done on my testicles before and they never mentioned anything. When my testicles are not warm and more tucked into my body they look more upright but still pointing at a 35/40 degree angle. Do you think this is anything to worry about?
