Hi MHS12,
There isn't really much you can do yourself, the best thing to do is book an appointment with a urologist and see if you can get some steroid cream.
Meet a surgeon . Now there will be no problem. Before marriage you may need to operate the foreskin.
It's always best to see your GP about this. They've seen it all before. Read our articles about phimosis, erections and the penis which hopefully should be more straight forward than what you have found:
Only your GP can refer you to a urologist. And the fact that you can retract when flaccid is a positive indication that your worries can be resolved without resorting to circumcision. Make an appointment with your 'named' doctor and take his or her advice.
Mate I had the same issue about 2 months ago, all you have to do is pull it back when erect. However, do not pull it back if you feel sharp pain! It's normal to feel discomfort when pulling it back for the first time and mate, Im telling yah you're going to be so sensitive to touch it hurts Also one thing that I started doing is pulling it back when ever I take a piss, just to get used to pulling it back.
Retracting my foreskin over an erection was painful. My GP did not suggest a solution, but I read about phimotic stretching and rings. After a few weeks of using the rings I was able to retract without pain. During sex the foreskin was not retracting, so I continued using the large ring until retraction occurred naturally. I don't like to use steroids when there is an alternative solution.
