Circumcision smegma question

is it possible to develop smega after a circumcision, I’m just over 3 weeks done and it seems like there’s a small buildup of smegma in what would be the corona area, under the front of my glands, it’s visible when erect and I believe it’s smegma as the area is covered by skin when flaccid? Any ideas on if it could be this? Some of the sutures around the area are still visible so I thought maybe it could be sutures that are mid dissolve? Thanks

Hey, would you mind share a photo? I think i have the same buildup, today is day 7th after my circumcision and the doctor told me that your body will absorb that. I regularly compress it with warm water whenever I take a shower .

Everyone produces smegma. It just doesn’t collect where the mucosa is exposed.

It might be scab. Just keep washing the area with a bit of soap and warm water. It will probably be gone and fine after a while. Good luck!
