is this phimosis-related? why is my penis constantly leaking? precum?

I have phimosis, and have been suffering for some months from leaking. my doctor told me that it was unprocessed urine and smegma, but i thought it was precum. It's very smelly, there are the odd bits of smegma, but in recent weeks the fluid has gotten worse. Now, it's constantly weeping this clear, smelly stuff every minute, every hour, throughout day and night, and increasingly it's getting erections all of a sudden, and spurting out this stuff all over the place. and i don't know what's happening. The same stuff was coming out dripping after my urine. is it precum? is there a form of smemgma that is like precum?

The doctor said it was just my phimosis-ridden penis clearing itself of waste including smegma, but i'm not sure... I can't live like this for months until the circumcision, despite what he said.

None of what you describe is normal. You need a medical review.

To be honest , you should be reviewed by a Urologist and get the treatment necessary . It seems like you have an infection in my opinion . Best to get it checked quickly and sorted. If you have smegma , you have to clean it daily otheriswe you end up with persistent infections . Also if you are indeed discharging urine inadvertently , you might be having stress incontinence of some sort. This has to be sorted as soon as you can . Like the Hidden has said , you need a medical review. All the best !

P.s Never heard of a phimosis ridden penis ridding itself of smegma before. From what I know , it generaly crusts and adheres to the inner surface of the foreskin or underside of glans. Take care and get help !

If you can consider circumcision, all your phimosis related problems may be resolved

But there are, in my personal opinion, some pros and cons of circumcision.

Pros

1. Absolutely no smegma, no foul smell.Your penis will remain as clean as your other bodyparts like your finger.

2.Reduced risk of catching HIV and other sexually transmitted disease .

3. Reduction in occurence of penile cancer.

4.Better esthetic and cosmetic look (I think)

5.Increased ejaculation time and increase performance time.

6. Much better experience of oral sex for your partner as there will be no foul smell or smegma.

Cons.

1. Biggest cons is that your penis will become much less sensitive as lots of nerve ending will cutted along with foreskin.

2.You have to use lube for masturbation as after circumcision you will be unable to masturbate without lube

3.Handjob will become more difficult.

So if you are having serious problem recurrently, I will advice you to go for circumcision if you can compromise with decrese penile senstivity.

more symptoms - woke up with a massive, fully erect penisthat was partially white in areas and not because of cum or anything. the skin was white. then when it returned to normal, it changed colour. Also, my penis now produces two streams, two holesin my penis, divded by a tiny strand of skin. one hole initially wsas just dribbling this clear stuff, but now two streams of urine.

i want to say i have a fear of cumming because often my penis feels weak especially when this fluid comes out and then when i'm wearing a dress, and the wind keeps hitting oit or when the elastic of my underpants springs onto it and clips when it erect. and something my urine/fluid comes out and it loks almost white, but it's not quite cumy in texture though its colour maybe a trick of the light. what is this, and should i be afraid of cumming or is this unlikely to happen?

My understanding of Smegma is that it is external - coming from shedding skin cells under the foreskin. Dealing with this should be no trouble as long as you can clean under the foreskin daily. I doubt the leaking is anything to do with your foreskin and so I'd be very surprised if circumcision is the solution. Surely what you are leaking should be tested - is it urine, prostatic fluid or infection discharge or a mixture? Analysis at a lab of a sample from a swab should surely be done to establish the constitution of this fluid. As others have said, erections in non-sexual situations is normal especially in younger men. You don't say what you produce when you ejaculate eg from masturbation. Is the semen produced similar or diffferent from what you leak when unaroused?

i also keep getting my penis looking whiteish after the leaking of infected fluid or at various intervals which i a wlays think is fluid, but then its dry and still white. is this just part of the phimosis/ it's like its swollen. and then it rreverts to normal reddish color, and then it goes white again. also, the gaps between my thigh and balls were full of yellow-brown stains caught up in the pubes. what is this?

also, some of my urine.fluid has been somewhat slightly whiteish in a certain light but it may be a trick of the light, and also my pubic sidesnear y thighs are full of dried yellow material. is this leaked urine or is this what builds up, also bits of grey bumfluffy stuff that i associate with masturbating and cum in my earlier days, but it's not that. does the grey ubmfluffy stuff just develop in hairs? is it a kind of pubic dandruff?
