My circumcision recovery

Hey guys

I want to share my circumcision story bcz I know most of us would be bit terrified during recovery process bcz it affects us lot. I got circumcised on 1st week of dec due to tight foreskin i was unable to enjoy sex completely. After long time i finally decided to go for it. The sugery went smooth & i got discharged within 4 hrs after circumcision. The doctors advised me to come for dressing regularly atleast for a week or 10 days. The night erections was very painful which is normal for first few days. After 4 dressings doc said ointment is enough going forward. But without dressing it was quite difficult as the glans were so sensitive nd the sutures caused severe pain on the scrotum. After few days i observed a little swelling (which is very usual) but back then i was literally scared nd went to doctor nd he said this is not at all swelling it usually happens near the incision due to stiches. And for the next few days doc asked me to keep dressing which i was comfortable with. And after 3 weeks all the stitches fell off nd yellow discharge was there on the incision site nd the discharge is part of normal healing process. I just took the prescribed antibiotics & applied tbact ointment. After 4 weeks everything looked nrml both physically nd mentally for me. 5 weeks and it completely healed. I had unsafe sex after 39 days I really can't describe the pleasure i had 😉😉 the sensitivity of the glan is gone but it didn't affect the sexual pleasure for me. I just have minor lumps on the incision site which would take 2 r 3 months to heal I guess but i don't even feel like having it nor it affects my sex life.

Thank you for this. I am on week 5 today. The wound looks to be healed, but there is still some white/yellowish discharge, so continuing to bathe it in salt and water.

You're most welcome!! The discharge is the part of healing process & it will be there until the wound closes.

Yesterday my 4 weeks complete but my pain full sensitivity is there like 50 prcnt of glans sensitive plz tell me whn my sensitivity will go

So your doctor told you that bumps will heal? Because I am on week 5 as well and also have some minor bumps around the incision.

Bumps are normal, as I understand, they are just scars. They may not go away for even a year, and for some people, they don't go away ever. I'm on 4.5 months since circumcision and mine haven't gone away completely, just a little bit. I think that moisturizing helps with them but I haven't tried that yet and maybe that's why mine haven't gone away.

Bumps will take sometime to go away unless it's a swelling. They are so minor that you don't feel having it even when have sex. It also varies from person to person

I have some bumps and they’ve gone from feeling very hard to touch to very soft but are still just as big, unsure why this is but hoping it’s a step towards reducing the size of them…

Akshay993 What kind of swelling did you encounter? I am on day 18th post-circumcision, and the area between the incision line and the glans has swollen in a donut-like shape that rises about 8mm. If I wrap the penis in gauze, the swelling goes away, but as soon as I drop the dressing, the swelling comes back in a couple of hours. Is it normal?

Confirm it with your doc bcz i can't say whether it's swelling or not without seeing...but if dressing helps wrap the penis with gauze for few more weeks

hey buddy its been 2 weeks since i have been circumcised..i get extremely terrified when i look toward my penis..There are several lumps on the stitches..is it normal?..will they go away?...also I can't have complete erection , my penis seems to be smaller than before when erect..please reply.
