Is My Circumcision ok ?

I am 28 years Male.Got normal conventional Circd 10 days ago.Today is 11th day

Almost all stitches I have removed myself or dissolved by themselves. However there are holes left.

Please suggest ways to take care of these holes.

How to reduce swelling and these reddish wound like marks.

My doctor told me to keep applying Soframycin skin cream ointment and do dressing using sterile gauze twice daily and night for another week .will this method take care of these holes??Due to this ointment dressing my skin have become so soft and looks like it will tear apart from my glands (see pic). I am worried whether I should continue this ointment dressing method??

Also the head sensitivity is still there quite a lot.Suggestion needed to reduce sensitivity quickly.

Hi Man, it's looking very good for only 11 days. I had my stitches out as well after 14 days it will improve even more once they are gone. any holes left from the stitches should fill in by themselves. if you start using some Bio-Oil this will help to smooth out any scar tissue and bumps that you may have how does the other side look was your frenulum removed.

Hi bro the other side is a bit bumpy.i have small balls like bumps which are decreasing in size each passing day. No my frenulum was not removed.

The Bumps should continue to decrease. I would continue what you are doing it seems to be working for you everything is healing very well. your sensitivity will also decrease but probably not until you cut down on the cream you are using the best way to desensitize is to expose the glans to friction a comfortable pair of Boxer briefs a snug Fit.

Hey man I think it is looking good for the 11th day. I suggest you stop the ointment and don’t put anything on your penis at all and do not wrap it in gauze. Wear briefs and leave the stitches alone. As long as they are dissolvable they will start dissolving in their own and any holes will be filled in by your body repairing the skin and forking scar tissue. I would also suggest you do warm water epsom salt soaks 3x a day for 10-15 min each time as this will help healing and inflammation and also keep away infection. Ok thanks bro.but I talked to my doctor he is hell bent on this ointment dressing for another week and is not recommending any oil massage. However this ointment dressing is working really nice for me as 3-4 days back the situation was quite bad and the soframycin skin cream helps heal the wound and gives cooling effect and also bumps have decreased in size quite a lot but are still there.

I am thinking of continuing this method for another 5-6 days after that I will try your suggestion.

Glad I could help. If doc is telling you to do the ointment for another week then I would follow those instructions. Then I would do epsom salt soaks for a couple of weeks until it’s heard and most swelling is gone. I would stay away from any oils or topicals on your penis after you finish t he ointment. Let your body heal itself.

I think it looks fine, but one thing that puzzles me is: why is the neck of your penis so thin? Was it that thin before getting circumcised? It might be normal, I just never understood that.
