Lump on penis

Guys I did my circumcision on 31st may 2021, I'm on my 2and week now, the nurse said I'm healing well, however I have a lump on the left side of the penis shaft where one of the injections was injected. It isn't painful but I can massage it, it breaks of in chunks but comes back together again after a while. What could it be? She said I must come back on Thursday to see whether it grows or subsides. It hasn't gotten bigger since the surgery though, however it does not really seem like it's getting small, if it is it must be doing it at a snail's pace.
