I am a 35 year old man. I have been subjected to porn and masturbation from the age of 11. I cant remember when I started to have issues, must have been from 10 years, erections were weak, for as long as I can remember I get so stiff that It hurts and I cant pull my foreskin when it gets like that, Over the last year ive had a red what looks like a cut at the end of the foreskin; Iv'e had creams which eased the pain and reduced the redness, I masturbated recently with the foreskin down and it was bleeding from the side. I can no longer pull my foreskin down, I have the red spot or cut and it is very painful. I an worried that I have done irreparable damage, its always awkward to go to the doctors, and I always feel like i'm being palmed off. Really don't know what to do about this

Try getting to that stage in the UK. Its hard enough 'no pun intended lol' to get to see a doctor. And to be honest I don't know if I can cope with an operation right now. I hope there's other options. If the worse came to the worse then yeah i'd have to

Trust me just by looking at it you have phimosis and the only long term solution would be circumcision. Who agrees with me on that??

I was circumcised 8 weeks ago and it was the best decision I’ve made.

Yeah makes sense, at the moment I want to try and control the pain, ive had vertigo and stomach problems. Its affected me mentally and emotionally, I know I have to deal with this, Just cant cope with all of it, ive had different creams the last they put me on was Daktacort I get the temptation to use it again to heal whatever is going on. All I know is as of the last 3 weeks I can no longer pull down my foreskin

Hi Man, you need to contact your doctor there's no easy way of doing it but you probably need a referral to a urologist. your photo is not very clear but it does look as if you have a pale colour to your foreskin which suggest you may have Lichen sclerosus or a similar skin condition. this is not something you should put off you really should get checked.

Man that looks so uncomfortable. Clearly looks like phimosis to me also. I would suggest a circumcision especially if you have been dealing with this for years and it hasn’t improved. Go see a urologist and explain the problems you are having and what you have done. I wouldn’t bother trying any additional creams or stretching; just get a circumcision and it will be fixed once and for all!

The NHS will treat it, i'm not working so can't afford a clinic. Again its hard enough even to get to see a GP and i'm being treated for vertigo and stomach issues. I can't leave it much longer though

Mate get to a doctor, this is what I had exactly the same, you need this sorted, as it turned out I had penile intraephilla neoplasia in my foreskin which is pre cancer cells, not to scare you or anything but this needs sorting I still have issues with my cock at present but I’m free from the tight cracked foreskin! Get this sorted mate honestly it needs it!

Hey Man, I wouldn't let yourself worry to much I think most guys leave things too long I was the same but now I find its better to just get on with it. I'm sure you have had it a long time a lot of guys suffer with phimosis it is fairly Common but you do need to have it checked. the next time you're with your doctor ask for a referral the sooner you get the ball rolling you will feel better then.

Well yeah I’ve tried it’s hard getting the doctor over her to give you the time of day. I’ve had 2 types of cream I tried to explain how it felt But they are only a GP. Would try next to request a referral

You have phimosis. I had your condition when I was 14. You need to see a urologist and schedule a surgery to remedy your issue.

They will help you get relief. You don't have to struggle anymore.

Register with a different GP if you feel that you’re being palmed off (also no pun intended). Some GPs just aren’t good at investigating things that don’t fit their area of interest. I go to a GP practice that has about 6 different doctors, and choose a different one based on what the issue is. I’ve found that the female doctors are often better at being sympathetic to genital issues as they don’t profess to ‘know it all’ and will be more likely to refer.
