White spots on the penis glans

Hey I’m new here and was wondering if anyone could help...I’ve noticed these white spots on the glans on my penis..there is a group that are small white spots then another group that have bigger white spots ...I haven’t had sex before (I’m still a virgin) I’m only 19..and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what I have or give me some advice..it doesn’t itch or hurt or anything like that it feels rough to the touch and it has spread too being bigger...when I noticed these I have washed with only water and do every time I keep down there extremely clean.. I’ve noticed it for about 3 months maybe more I’m too nervous to go to the doctors but if it needs to be done I will do it

Hi Sam, it sounds like pearly penile Papuals. I know I have spelt it wrong but you will get the meaning. If they are worrying you you should get them checked by a doctor. Don’t be embarrassed they see penises every day.

It seems as though you have pearly penile papules.They usually occur in rows on the corona (rim) of the glans.

Some men have them, other men don't.

They are harmless.

See your doctor about it to be sure and for your own peacce of mind.

Hey, I have them too. They are little white spots around your glans corona. They are not harmful.

I have them and I am uncircumcised. I was so embarrassed every time I thought I had them and “what would it happen if a girl saw them”. Anyway, I went to the Urologist and asked whether it was normal. He told me it is absolutely normal and that’s something that happens to 30% of men and that I should not worry about them.

You’ll see plenty of methods to quit them on the internet but nevermind, just live with them, it’s something common.
