Penis spots??

I am 27 I've had these spots on my penis since I was 16. I have no idea what they are I take him to the doctor they say it's fine. My skin has been drying up lately at the tip. Small white bumps with no irritation feeling or burning sensation. They are just there it is a little uncomfortable showing it to the ladies. My semen has been yellow lately.

I recently got tested positive for Coronavirus but I don't know if it's related and the dry skin and peeling is new.

I know I didn't give enough information feel free to ask any question or bring up any concerns of what you may think it is. Thanks in advance

I forgot to add I also get tested once every 3 months at this clinic and all the STDs come back negative. Which is good

Hey, did you have any symptom of coronavirus, When I begin with my balanitis I had 4 days of Headaches and fever, after those days I keep with balanitis until todays (1 month maybe) still looking for answers about this but I'm curious about your post. I hope you feel better. Regards.

I got chills, could not taste or smell, body aches, I was tired, fatigued, and nauseous, and I was very dehydrated

Hey man I have similar bumps but just on the glans. Idk what it is. Did you doc say what is was or just its normal.

I'm waiting to go into docs when everything is open. But check out my 2 posts you can see in some pics of what mine looks like.

Doc sent pics of mine to dermatologist and they said it was ppp but didnt specify if they meant the ones right on my glans or just on rim like normal

Yeah the doctor said it was normal but didn't let me in on what it was. I'll check out the post but let me know what you end up finding out if you can. Thanks
