Hey guys I noticed I have bumps all over my penis glans. They look like pearly papules around the rim except all over the head. like tiny white dots.
Does anyone elses look like this? I know on the rim is normal for some but I'm not finding anything for right on the head.
I cant remember for sure if they were always there but I noticed my head was a little red in the middle compared to the rest and I was like woah these are all over.
If anyone has had HPV warts does this look like yours?
No itching, pain, smell, discharge. Clear of all STDs havent had sex in a year. Waiting for herpes blood test to come back

I have noticed the same papules after sexual exposure last year. Some doctors say there is nothing wrong about them while others say it might be related to fungal infection.
Google for "ectopic sebaceous glands" photos and see whether it is your case or not.
No problem, yeah ive only seen like 1 article qhere it said that ppp.can sometimes be right on the glans not just the rim so hopefully its just that. im waiting to hear back from doc online.

I was able to have a dermatologist take a look but just over pictures due to the pandemic, I had some other pics on top of this and they said that these are actually just PPP and In my case it happens to be all over the glans not just the rim.
When the pandemic is over I'm gonna see if I can get an appointment still but I was told its not genital warts so thats a huge relief. So all I can do is wait to have an apointment which I think I may just to be super sure its not anything serious.

I dont thik thry are too much to worry about.The are probably formed by the reaction to yor urine and the warmth causing them to burst creating what is known as smegma ,generally they can be wiped off wthout pain, just wash wth water the will go entually! be lucky
They are penile papules, it is normal for uncircumcised men to have them and some circumcised men, I had some a few months back and had laser surgery to remove them.
I cant say for you. but for me it is all good. If it seems similar it probably is fine. a lot of times is mostly on the rim like PPP. but it can apear on the glans itself. but its not super noticable. When it doubt get it checked out. but dont stress untill you do. Just get tested for stds and have a doc check it out. takes 2 mins
